| A project is an endeavor of temporary nature undertaken in pursuit of a specific goal, often cooperatively. But that’s only part of the story. Interestingly enough, project comes from the Latin projectum, literally “to throw something forwards”, meaning “something that happens before something else”. Does this bring a certain term to mind? Right! The modern-day English equivalent is plan. So “project” and “plan” are birds of a feather…and BPR is expert at both planning and project management, so your project not only gets off the ground, but also stays in flight right up to its three-point landing. That’s good to know, because misguided projects often get grounded along the way, leaving you to clean up the messes. At BPR, dealing with shifting winds is par for the course. We definitely have the in-flight experience to back up the claims. Whenever any contributing party misses a deadline, threatening to send the entire schedule tail diving, we are right there to grab the joystick and put everything back on course – with intelligently updated coordinates. We also make sure each change of course is seamlessly communicated to all downwind contributors – with decisiveness, authority and determination.
