Parking

It is no coincidence that the root of “parking” is park. After all, aren’t parking lots basically resting places for vehicles and, in an extended sense, also for their drivers and passengers? Much like the parks we visit for rest and relaxation, parking facilities can either appeal to us or – when poorly designed or landscaped – become places we would rather avoid. Examples of our work show that BPR is up to the challenge of creating inviting parking spaces, e.g. at the Hanover exhibition grounds (parking for the EXPO 2000 World’s Fair), at Wolfsburg Stadium or at Park & Ride urban rail stations in the Hannover region.
